SUBJECT: 2006 Charitable Giving Campaign
Over the years, Fermilab employees have shown their concern for helping others. I am encouraging you to continue in this generous spirit and participate in our annual charitable giving appeal. You are allowed to select any IRS approved charity and you may designate a payroll deduction of $52.00 per year as a minimum. Please note, your charitable deduction will show up on your pay advice each pay period and the yearly contribution will be sent in a single amount at the end of the year. Our larger community benefits greatly from every dollar you give.
Please take a moment to fill out the attached form and return it to payroll by December 5, 2005.
