• All full-time, part-time, and term employees are eligible to enroll in the program.
• Break periods will be allocated to express milk in conjunction with the current break times allotted in the Fermilab Hours of Work policy.
• “Mothers Room” is located in Wilson Hall Floor 9W (just outside the Womens restroom) for all Mothers to express milk in privacy.
• For those in remote locations, every effort will be made to locate a private room in the facility. If no practical alternative can be arranged, the employee may need to travel to Wilson Hall.
• Mothers Room reservations are handled online through Meeting Maker (LS Mothers Room WH9NW). A printed scheduled will also be posted weekly in the Mothers Room.
