What are the best reasons to work at Fermilab?
I love the challenges, the variety of work, and the people.  I never stop learning, and I discover new things everyday, as each work day is different.    

What has been your most fun experience at Fermilab?
During the first Accelerator shut-down, I was a little nervous to work in the tunnels.  My co-workers and I helped each other make it a fun experience.  We laughed and kept our spirits up while still working hard in the tunnel. 

What do you like best about your job?
I’ve worked on several different, exciting projects.  It doesn’t feel like a “job.”  I'm proud to be part of such important work.  I never dreamed I would work in such a place. 

When you came to Fermilab, did you anticipate having the level of responsibility you currently have?
I had no idea I would have such responsibility and freedom to pursue my best work.  I'm empowered to make my project work safer, faster, and higher quality.  I'm encouraged to seek out new alternatives, and by doing so, my confidence has boosted.   

What do you see as the greatest opportunity at Fermilab?
I have the opportunity to use my education and skills to search and explore solutions to problems.  My educational background is in Accounting, so I'm able to use those skills as a Technician.  
 
What is the most important thing that keeps you working at Fermilab?
My curiosity and determination.  I want to continue to discover something new the next day.  And, if any of my work is still in process, I want to get back the next day to complete it. 

Anything else to add?
I'm able to increase my self-knowledge as I master the new project work and technologies.  I feel I'm a lucky person to work at Fermilab.
