    The Users Office is the first stop of most users on-site. We process requests for Fermilab ID badges for site access, and for Fermilab computing privileges. We also provide information about Lab procedures and policies, system, and local resources.

    The Visa Office provides U.S. immigration-related services or assistance to non-U.S. citizen employees and users at Fermilab, and serves as an expert resource to administration and management on matters relating to non-U.S. citizens at the Lab. Our Offices are in Wilson Hall, 1st Floor, West Side.

  • Have you and your manager formalized your goals in FermiWorks for the next performance review cycle? Learn how to set SMART goals and enter them into FermiWorks by attending a Goal Setting in FermiWorks training session.     All goals should be finalized and approved by December 1.

  • On your mark, get set, go! The Fermilab Spot Award Program is up and running. Nominate your peers and staff for their positive contributions to the Lab. After a brief review by the HR Partner and Supervisor, all nominees will receive a lapel pin and will be eligible to receive a $25 Target gift card.
