• Wilson Hall Cafeteria -- Fermilab's cafeteria is located on the atrium level of Wilson Hall. They serve breakfast from 7:30 a.m.-10:15 a.m., lunch from 11:30 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and snacks from 2:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. on Monday through Friday. They also serve breakfast from 8:00 a.m.-10:15 a.m. and lunch from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
• Chez Leon -- Fermilab's own gourmet restaurant, Chez Leon, serves lunch every Wednesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and dinner every Thursday at 7:00 p.m. The facility can be booked for special activities, and cakes can be ordered for special events.
• Vending Machines -- Vending machines that provide snacks, beverages and newspapers are located on the atrium level of Wilson Hall next to the small dining room.

Human Resources

• Employee Benefits -- The Benefits Department, located on the 15th floor of Wilson Hall, administers Fermilab's comprehensive benefits program, including life, health and disability insurance and pensions.
• Visas -- Employee visa actions are processed by Human Resource Services, located on the 15th floor of Wilson Hall. The Human Resource Services website provides an orientation for exchange visitors.
• Employee Relations -- The Employee Relations Department counsels employees and supervisors on performance issues, manages Fermilab's performance appraisal process and administers the employee service recognition program.
• Equal Opportunity Office -- The Equal Opportunity Office is the appropriate contact for concerns about alleged workplace discrimination or inappropriate behavior or language in the workplace.

Information

• Office of Public Affairs -- Public Affairs manages all of Fermilab's media contact and contact with the general public. They provide pamphlets, brochures and exhibits. Offices are located in Wilson Hall on the atrium level.
• Information Resources -- The Information Resources Department, located on the 3rd floor of Wilson Hall, is comprised of the Fermilab Library and the Publications Office. The Library offers scientific and general reading materials for Fermilab employees and users, and the Publications Office manages all of Fermilab's preprints.
• Education Office -- The Education Office promotes science education by offering programs for teachers, students and their families. They manage the Lederman Science Center, which has many hands-on exhibits that demonstrate the science that is done here at Fermilab.
• Visual Media Services -- The Visual Media Services Department offers duplicating, photography, video, audio and visual services. They also maintain photography and video databases and a streaming video server.
• Fermilab Telephone Directory -- The telephone directory provides the telephone number, e-mail address and mail station of all Fermilab employees and users.

Key and ID

Fermilab's Key and ID Office manages the distribution of ID badges, parking stickers, gate passes and keys. It is located on the ground floor of Wilson Hall.

Meeting Support

• Meeting Rooms -- The main meeting rooms at Fermilab are scheduled by the Directorate. Individual divisions and sections may also maintain meeting rooms.

• Argonne Credit Union -- Fermilab employees may become members of Argonne Credit Union. The credit union provides financial services, and a branch is conveniently located on the ground floor of Wilson Hall. An ATM machine is located across from the credit union.
• Medical -- Fermilab's Medical Offices, which offer work-related medical services for employees and users, are located on the ground floor of Wilson Hall.
• Employee Assistance Program -- Part of the Equal Opportunity Office, the employee assistance program is a confidential and professional counseling service for personal problems.
• Wellness Program -- Fermilab's wellness program offers lunch hour seminars (called "brown bags") and activities on a variety of health-related topics.

Supplies

Stock Room -- Fermilab has a stockroom from which employees may order office supplies and other materials using their budget code. Ask your supervisor about your budget code authorization and your department's procedures for ordering from the stock room.

Transportation

Travel -- Fermilab's Travel Office provides travel services for Fermilab's business travelers.
